Hi

 

I want to change a particular existing VAT rate to another VAT rate (new rate) like 12.5 % to 13.5 % to a particular category group (not to all & not individual wise) and effect them from a particular starting date. Is it possible ? How ?

There cannot be an automated process for what you are asking. Retrospectively changing it would involve identifiying orders for the category items purchased by specified users within the specified period. Then once those orders are identified you will need to change those orders to have the different VAT manually in the DB.
