vekia
you must delete all voucher codes or deactive it in your prestashop back office
PrestaBizz
Thanks, but how do I deactivate it in prestashop back office?
vekia
just go to Price Rules -> Cart Rules section in your shop and deactivate all coupon codes in your shop. You've got there completly list of voucher codes in your shop if you deactivate / delete all voucher codes - the input form, where the customer can add voucher code - will disappear
PrestaBizz
The strange thing is that I have no coupon codes defined, but the input form for voucher codes still shows up!

I had the same problem and your solution worked great. But in the future if we want to use coupons/vouchers, will it work without modifying again the database manually? Bachmann Trading
Where do i go to find PS_configuration, So I can put NULL next to PS_vouchers. As You may have gathered i did a 1-click installation, so I am pretty ignorant when it comes to databases and very techy stuff. best regards martin from www.golfdirekte.dk

It procedure may however depend on where you are hosting your webshop. Mine is hosted at Meebox and it goes like this: In cPanel press phpMyPanel and then select your database. Scroll down to the table ps_configuration and select it. Then find PS_VOUCHERS click edit and change it to 0. In my setup PS_VOUCHERS is on page two. DaEaster
Hi. I have the opposite problem! I have just installed a Voucher module (AwoCoupon) to offer customer gift cards. I have been able to set it up correctly to enable customers to buy a gift card and receive the code, however it won't let them use it. The option for entering the gift code at checkout is not displaying and I can't figure out how to make it show. Have trawled through all of the settings many times now. Any Ideas? Thanks SOLVED - Just found another post with the answer! Thanks Edited March 21, 2013 by DaEaster (see edit history)

DaEaster
Hi. I read the post below - which made me set up a 'dummy' entry in Cart Rules (Payment > Cart Rules). I simply added a new Cart Rule, entered a Name and saved. So now my customers will be able to enter their codes on check out (although I still have some testing to do) - Also, be aware that i am using a third party voucher module.
