Voucher input field not showing up

As the title says my problem is that the voucher field is not shown in my cart. The outer-html is created but there is no content. I am not sure how I fix this? What should my template file say to generate the correct inner-html? the website is www.jiblab.dk

which version of prestashop you use? in oldest version (>1.5) you must turn on vouchers in prestashop backoffice

It is version 1.5 - do I need to turn it on here as well?

nope, you don't have to turn it on in prestashop 1.5+ ...

That's correct, yes - PrestaShop™ 1.5.2.0

Maybe the theme doesn't supports vouchers input form?

Apparently the field only shows up when I have active vouchers. Didn't know that
