"[Solved]" Link Block

Hi -

 

I'm using version 1.5.2

 

I have added a Link Block to the left column of my site. I'm trying to add links from my other sites to the link block. Example: mystore.com/widget and mystore.com/foo etc.

 

The link block shows up with the link title but when I click on it this error appears:

Page not available

 

We're sorry, but the Web address you entered is no longer available

To find a product, please type its name in the field below

 

Search our product catalog:

 

So what am I doing wrong here? Wrong block? Hard code them?

 

I have researched this topic but didn't find anything that would help me.

When entering an address in the link block you need to add http:// in front other wise Prestashop assumes it is an internal link.

Try adding as http://mystore.com/widget and http://mystore.com/foo etc.

Thanks tdr170, it worked. So simple, yet it's the little errors that cause all the problems.
