Error 403 in Prestashop 1.5.2 BO

I have the same problem, the server specs are the below (I think it is a php issue but I'm stack), any help would be appreciate, thank you

Server software version: Apache

PHP version: 5.3.14

Memory limit: 256M

Max execution time: 1000

Database information

MySQL version: 5.1.65-cll
