moy2010 Posted November 11, 2012 Share Posted November 11, 2012 (edited) After spending some hours researching different solutions to the mail configuration problems with prestashop and GoDaddy, here's the solution that finally worked for me: - Set e-mail settings to SMTP - Set the SMTP server as relay-hosting.secureserver.net - Use the port 25 with no encryption That's it. All the other fields leave them empty. This is absolutely correct with Go Daddy hosting. You don't have to use a username and password to connect to our relay server on port 25 from a hosting account with us. Thanks for the detailed post on this.
