Bad configuration file theme!

Please can somthone help me files keep saying bad configuration file !!!

 

I can't seem to upload my new clothing theme from prestashopic

 

I have checked that it is compatible on using 1.4.9.0

 

I am very new to prestashop

 

and am happy for someone to have a go as I have looked on all forums and still can't make this work

 

DEPERATE!!!!!!

Yes I sent another msg but...nothing

I'm really thinking of what to do as I think it might be me

 

Not to sure what i'm doing now I thought it was goning to be straight forward

 

im not sure that my setting are right a hostagator ?

do you know what I can look for there?
