They display on my webmail of the server hosting but they are not show on my back office. I did fill in all the IMAP info as required (ie, URL,port, user& password) If I use the 'contact us' option , I will receive email both on my back office and webmail. Any suggestion? I simply do not get the purpose of the IMAP setting, if mails from IMAP are not included in the Customer Support threads. Reported it in the forge, but haven't received any comments.
