Dozens and dozens of problems and errors, such as :

Warning: touch() [function.touch]: Utime failed: Permission denied in /home/wwwlock/public_html/tools/smarty/sysplugins/smarty_internal_template.php on line 182

Images will not upload to replace logos etc, folders are 777 and ownership is accountname:apache

I do have a backup but spend hours on this yesterday and don't want to give up yet.

anyone have any suggestions ?????

The utime errors ceased when I turned off ' force compile ' Other issues still present.
