PDF invoice don´t works right with standard fields!

Hello lovely presta-community,

I have a strange problem: After receiving a order I go in the back-admin area and under "orders" I click on the pdf-invoice icon. A pop-up appears with the pdf-invoice (you can see it in the attachment) but there were so much missing fields like adress, product description or other text fields. Whats the problem? Is this an access problem which can be solved via ftp? or a problem with fpdf? The same happens with the pdf order slips oder pdf-delivery. I use the version 1.2.0.1. And use the latest Adobe Reader, Firefox and Internet Explorer. Do anybody have the same problem (or better: a fast solution for that?)

Hi there,

I have the exact same problem and already posted it in the spanish forum a month ago, but it seems that nobody knows how to solve it.
For now I'm doing my invoices "by hand" in microsoft word.
It would be highly apreciated if someone could give us a hand with this :)
