Carrier Problem

I got a problem with the carriers.

I put one product in the basket (total weight: 0.500 Kg), and continue trough the buying process.....
I have one carrier with a weight range that starts from: 0Kg -> 1Kg .... etc....
Then I have another carrier that starts from: 1Kg -> 2Kg .... etc....

And supposedly it wouldn't show the second carrier!!!! But it shows!!! And remember that the total weight is 0.5Kg !!!!

I've checked if the countries are in the correct zone, if the weight ranges are correct. Even the taxes.

Please help!!
