[SOLVED] Shipping Cost per product, mulitple qty and Pallets

I need a module that can help me with my shipping problem

 

First of all im using weigh ranges to calculate shipping in my shop

But i have a problem i need to get fixed

 

If a customer buys 1 pack of floor from my shop shipping is DKK 108 and if he buys 30 shipping is DKK 361 and with 133 packages its 561,25

My problem is that its cheaper for me (and the customer off course) when a customer buys more of a specific product because i can then send it on a pallet and save money.

What i need it to have some module that allows me to do something like this

 

Specific product

1-10 pcs Shipping DKK 108

11-20 pcs Shipping DKK 300

21-60 pcs Shipping DKK 300 ships on 1 pallet

61-99 pcs Shipping DKK 400 ships on 2 pallets

 

Also i need to have the customer to pay for the pallet fx. DKK 80 for each

 

In the above mentioned example PS need to automaticcly add a product callet PALLET in the cart when a customer adds 21-60 pcs of a specific product and 2 pallets from 61 - 99 pcs

 

I've seen this on some shops (not PS though)

Example from a shop can be seen in pic 3 or at this adress

When adding one of this product it automaticcly adds one pallet also

 

The solution as i see it is a checkbox on each product whether or not to add a pallet when adding a specified pcs in cart (but cant figure out what to do with setting how many pcs it should be before adding another pallet)

 

Cant figure out what to do with the shipping cost neither

 

Hope some of you smart guys can crack the nut for me
