[Solved] Install Step 3 : prefix

I have FTP the individual files for PrestaShop to my server's ROOT Directory.

Now in step 3 of the install (System Configuration)
It is asking for "PrestaShop database tables prefix:" (automatically shows "ps_")

Since my files are in the root directory, what should I use for a prefix?

This has no relations with your files localization. This prefix will be added has the begginning of the database tables.
You can keep ps_ without any problem.

step 3 installation: alway appear message "A Prestashop database already exists, please drop it or change the prefix." after I click next. I have been click Verify Now! botton (result Database is Connected).
Is anyone have a solution??

It looks like you already have a prestashop database (MySQL?) from a previous installation.
If the database doesn't have anything important, you can delete it and make a clean new database definition, or setup another database and call it prestashop2 (for example) with a new user name and p/w.
