Meta what ?

Hi,

This is my first post on the Prestashop forums so if I've made any newb mistakes please don't be too harsh...

Can anyone please explain briefly the difference between the following fields in Prestashop;

Meta-Title,
Meta-keywords,
Meta-Description.

I understand that they're used in SEO but I'm not sure what I should put in each one and where each would be used.

For example if I have a product as follows;

ID 1
Active (0/1) 1
Name * T0711 - Black
Categories (x,y,z...) 23
Price tax excl. or Price tax incl. £2.99
Tax rate
Wholesale price
On sale (0/1)
Reduction amount
Reduction per cent

What should I put in each of the three meta fields ?

Meta-Title

Used for the <title></title> HTML tag. This is what will appear in the top-left of your browser when you are on this page.

Meta-keywords

Used for the <meta name="keywords"> HTML tag. This must contain few pertinents words describing the current page. Search engines now seem not to care a lot about it.

Meta-Description

Used for the <meta name="description"> HTML tag. This must contain a brief description about your page. This description may be used as the snippet (little sentence) describing this page when it is in the Search Engine Result Pages.
