(Solved) V1.5.2 upgrade delivery slip

Hi

 

Running V1.5.2 with COD module

 

When I go to orders, order and set the status to delivered no invoice or delivery note is being produced.

 

If I set "payment accepted" then an invoice is produced.

 

At the moment I am not producing delivery notes, any ideas?

 

This was all working in V1.4.9 prior to upgrade. I am using default template but COD module is renamed to "Charge to my account" via translator

Not sure how but it is working again.

I went to delivery and saved the settings again, then I went into all Statuses and saved each item again then I rest the COD module again and now all working.
