Main page keep redirected to sub page

Hi guys,

 

I don't know what's is wrong my page just keep redirected to sub page, anyone can help?

 

This my main page

http://www.tremille.com/

 

however evertime a person enter my site they will be directed into this page

http://www.tremille.com/id/

 

i don't do anything with redirection in my cpanel?

anyone can help me?

What version of Prestashop?

What are your settings under Preferences/SEO & URLs in the Setup URLs section?

Have you generated an htaccess file?

[gchansc]

Try turn off and on this option under Preferences/SEO & URL (Set up URLs section):

 

• Automatically redirect to Canonical URL
  

 

It will generate a .htaccess file for you.

 

I had the same problem on my local site when I copied Prestashop from my live site to my local site including my Database.
