External Script Installs Not working

Hello,

 

I'm brand new to Presta Shop taking over from another web developer, so it may be something simple I'm missing.

 

I'm trying to install a 3rd party script that doesn't need to integrate with Presta Shop, only go as a subfolder on the server. So something like:

 

domainname.com/thirdpartyscript/index.html

 

But I get a 404 error when trying to access it.

 

I'm guessing something in presta shop overrides additional folders added to the server?

 

Any help is appreciated.
