[Help] 500 internal server error in BO when updating existing products in PS1.5.2

I am getting 500 internal server error when I am trying to update an existing product in shop in Back office. Can anyone help on how can I debug this. I am using 1.5.2.

I was getting the error because my meta descriptions are automated and I fill those with script. My products have a long names and so the meta descriptions were exceeding 255 characters.
