Problem with Send to a Friend module...

I'm having a problem with this, just wondering if anyone has the same issue and possibly found a solution. PrestaShop 1.5.2.

 

The lightbox comes up correctly, but after entering both name and email address clicking Send does nothing. If I empty either the name field or the email field and click Send the lightbox goes away, but no email is sent.

 

In other words, if I enter an email address but no name and click Send the box goes away but does nothing. If I enter a name but no email address same thing happens.

 

If I leave both fields empty and click Send it tells me I have to fill out the fields. Information in both fields, Send does nothing.

 

Anyone else having this problem?
