amanuensis
I have a couple of problems that I can't seem to get an answer to on the forums but I do need to address them as Prestashop isn't going to function as expected. There are 2 issues the first and most pressing is despite during installation all the requirements being met and boxes ticked - on certain occasions (and there doesn't seem to be a way of predicting it) the 'quantity' cannot be changed as and when new stock come in, and when a product is ordered although we have the product in stock it looks like it is out of stock - why is this happening - as a workaround can I go into the database and amend it there. The second issue is when I press one of the products to be loaded into the cart after opening one of the categories in the left column I am getting the error message below - this of course prevents me from adding the item to the cartTECHNICAL ERROR: unable to add the product.Details:Error thrown: [object XMLHttpRequest]Text status: parsererrorAny help resolving these issues would be great, many thanks in advance to anyone who can help. amanuensis
Below is the URL to the shop - if you go into the catergory Joseph Joseph, the top item displayed "worktop saver' is giving the error. But the most important issue is not being able to add a quantity to items when they have sold out - this is occuring at random throughout the shop.http://detailretail.net/1.1/

jhnstcks
have you tried changing the products attribute quantity as this overrides the quantity set in the info tab.
