Suddenly, on the frontpage of the shop a link to payday loans website has appeared. I really don't know how to erase it and I hope that someone among you has a solution. It would be great if someone could explain me in which section of the back office I can operate and what is the procedure when something like this happens. Thank you! El Patron Posted November 5, 2012 Share Posted November 5, 2012 sorry to hear that... first, change your ftp password... secondly...download your root files (to another folder)...many times your PC's antivirus will detect the hacked files... download and unzip the version of PS you are using, you can replace the files that were hacked...with native versions...
