Please return to the payment page and correct the address

I am using Prestashop 1.5.2 with paypal version 3.2.5 and have selected Payal Evolution.

 

When I get to the payment page, the block show up with the button pay with Paypal or enter your card details. I enter my card details and keep getting this error

 

Please return to the payment page and correct the address

 

The address is correct with the country as France, but no matter how i change the address, I still get the above error.

 

Has anyone a fix for this please?

SOLUTION: In case anyone else has this problem.

 

In your Paypal account under Preferences, Papal Evolution. Make sure that you have not checked the boxes for pass telephone number to Paypal. In Prestashop, the iframe.tpl document does not include parameters for the telephone number, so if this is activated in your Paypal account then it will expect these parameters and will give the address error which actually has nothing to do with the address.

 

It is worth checking the other parameters in your Paypal account too, for example, if you do not use the State field, make sure this is deactivated or made not compulsory in you Paypal account.

 

Once the parameters on your Paypal account match those on the iframe.tpl in the Paypal module on Prestashop, then the Paypal Evolution should work properly.

 

I hope this helps someone else, as it took me more than a week to find the solution.
