razvan1292 Posted November 5, 2012 Share Posted November 5, 2012 Hello! I got this error of "the browser is not redirecting properly" when I tried to open my frontpage in PrestaShop 1.5.2. On the other hand, Prestashop 1.4.x is compeltely working on my webserver. The PHP version on my webserver is 5.2.4 while the PHP version on WAMPserver is 5.3.13. On my webserver, I`m getting the error, but on WAMP everything works. That is why I started thinking that there might be a conflict between PrestaShop 1.5.x and PHP 5.2.4. Can you tell me if this might be the problem? Or if you installed PrestaShop 1.5.x on PHP 5.2.4 or older version and it is working for you? Peter Phelan Posted November 5, 2012 Share Posted November 5, 2012 I can't help with a solution but after my web host upgraded php from 5.2.17 to 5.3 (needed for another application) my entire shop disappeared along with my ability to access my admin page. So we have rolled back to php v 5.2.17 again now and both are up and running again as before. So looks like there could be an issue with versions of php running our servers?
