Expand a menu item linking to a CMS page

I am looking to figure out how to expand this menu item.

 

I created a menu item from a CMS page (about us). I will create 5 other cms pages with links from in that about us page. I want the menu item to expand to also show links to thos 5 pages from the menu item on the top horizontal menu.

 

I understand how the HOME menu item expands with catagories and items but can I have a CMS linked item expand to other CMS items?

OK I figured out my menu expantion issue by making catagories for the CMS pages. Now how do I put content into the catagory pages?

 

I'm coming from using Joomla alot and it was really easy yo put content to catagory pages.
