Getting the below error message TECHNICAL ERROR: unable to add the product. Details: Error thrown: [object XMLHttpRequest] Text status: error Similar message if I try and remove from the cart. I am using PS Version 1.4.6.2 Anyone know of a fix - a major problem! CrS27 Posted November 8, 2012 Share Posted November 8, 2012 Just enter the cartblock configuration, disable ajax cart, and then enable it back. See if there is a blockcart-ajax.php file within your blockcart module, disable ajax cart and enable again. You can also check out shopping cart daignostics service, it will monitor your users, and inform you if there;s an error at checkout or add-to-cart.
