albertalbert
Hi, I'm setting up a store using Prestashop 1.5.1 and I bought the PayPal Pro module to use as a payment method. The problem is that it's not working properly: when completing the payment, the page that it shows is the "Order History" page, not the "Order Confirmation" page, which is the page that needs to be shown. If I use the regular PayPal module (the one that comes with Prestashop) or the payment by check, everything works perfectly and the page shown after the payment is processed is the Order Confirmation page. How can we fix that? EDIT: The problem of the payment not going through when using the test environment is gone, there was a problem in the configuration. However, the problem of the module redirecting to the wrong page still happens (both using test mode and live mode) Edited November 7, 2012 by albertalbert (see edit history)

Carolina Custom Designs
Have you tried contacting the module developer and ask him/them about the problems you are experiencing? Marty Shue
albertalbert
Have you tried contacting the module developer and ask him/them about the problems you are experiencing? Marty Shue I've sent contacted the developer using the form in the addons website (sent 3 messages already) and I've called to their phone number and nothing. In the phone, they say that someone will see this post (or another I had before with the same issue) and help. Still waiting. What a joke of customer service. It's not that I got a random module from anywhere, I BOUGHT a $200 module MADE BY PRESTASHOP and IT'S NOT WORKING
