Ps database: Address corruption

Hello,

 

I've got a database issue, associated with the Address/delivery field 'Country' at check-out stages only...

 

The drop-down menu does not show the specified countries/delivery areas as selected in PS BO.

 

At initial registration, the correct fields are shown but at 'Address' stage of check-out, these fields do not appear when trying to update delivery or billing address?!

 

Which tables are associated with these fields? And do I just replace with a clean table???
