joenmass Posted May 29, 2009 Share Posted May 29, 2009 Trying to find a product is extremely difficult to locate on the back end because filtering can not be done by the product reference number. I think this would be very useful especially if you have hundreds or thousands of products in your shop.Currently you can only filter a search by filtering by ID, Name, Price, Final Price, Quantity, or Position. All of these are pretty useless if you have hundreds or thousands of products. If a customer calls about a certain product they will not know the ID number of the product, the product name can be shared with countless items, the price could be the same on multiple items, quantity and possition is impossible for the customer to know. Being able to filter a product by its product number seems like it would be a basic method to search for a specific item.Has anyone make a hack where you can filter a search by the product reference number???
