Moving Prestashop from one server to another

Hi

I have a Prestashop cart on a dedicated server of which I would like to move to another dedicated server - which is the best way for me to go about this?
If I was to download all the files from the old server and upload them to the new, then dump the sql database from the old and import it into the new would that be sufficient ? or would I have to amended some of the code in some of the files?
