The module did not work completely as supposed so i asked support. A guy called Olivier from Oleacorner emailed me and asked for admin access. He received it but after about 4 to 5 months, many emails even tried calling (voicemai ofcourse), the support is zer0. The guy took the money and ran. I tried contactin prestashop because i'd like to get the 100 euro back. But no response there either. Anyone an idea how to do this? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Something similiar with these guys had a other member also with a template and waited months and they also did not gave support. I thought that when they did not solved this issue they would be banned from forum and addons store. Best is to contact a admin here on PS forum and ask if they can help you further with this issue. If they failed to provided you adequate support then initiate a chargeback if it's not too late with your credit card provider to report a claim. Also I would do a youtube review, if I were you, on their company so other potential buyers know that this developer is not honoring their Terms of Support and selling inadequate coding (Prestashop modules and templates) that simply do not work as they describe.
