AFemaleProdigy
I am running the latest version of PS. I have an SSL cert installed via GoDaddy. I have an active Authorize.net account and put the credentials in. In BO, it looks like the Authnet module is installed an working. I can see it in the Payments hook. I also have PayPal module set up. The PayPal module is showing up in checkout, but the Authnet is not. When looking at the payment module restrictions, all countries are checked and usergroups are checked. Under the currency restriction, the options for Authnet are not available and just have "--" there. For PayPal, there are options available there. Can someone please help me with this? I have SSL enabled in the store and the checkout url is using the secure method. GoDaddy also says the certificate is installed. I am not sure what the issue is. AFemaleProdigy
Never mind. I reset the module setting and issued a new authnet key. That worked.
AFemaleProdigy
New problem: When a customer (me) tries to enter credit card information and submit, it just redirects back the the shipping step 2. It is stuck in a loop or something and will not process the payment. I have tried both test and production mode. Any ideas what the problem is? benjamin utterback
Hello a female prodigy, could you provide a sample InGame Name and Mule Login Credentials? That way we can go further through the process.
AFemaleProdigy
You can actually put anything in there. Just make the mule email something in an email format. Thanks for helping!

AFemaleProdigy
That is strange because I am able to create new accounts with no problem. No error with the mule account that is required. I even used [email protected]. Someone else signed up too with no problems with the mule account requirement. Are you getting that with the first step? Edited November 1, 2012 by AFemaleProdigy (see edit history)
Dh42
All I have are mastercards. You only take visa and discover. Also it surprises me that an auth.net company would underwrite a site selling in game dlc.
Dh42
Also, email your host and ask them if cUrl is enabled on your server
AFemaleProdigy
There are companies that process payments for what is considered high risk products. Yes, cURL is enabled by default (GoDaddy).

vpresta
Hi, I have some problem with AFemaleProdigy. Even I try with 1.5.2, it still not working By the way, I don't have SSL setup yet. Does Authorize.net need SSL to work or display on checkout page?
Dh42
Yes, authorize.net requires an SSL to be displayed.
nathanielleee
I have SSL and authorize is still not working. This is obviously a coding issue. If i revert to 1.0 it shows but doesnt process payments asking to check card information. if i click upgrade to 1.4.3, it just vanishes.
Dh42
What version of Prestashop are you using?
AFemaleProdigy
I am not sure if this applies to everyone or just Godaddy users, but I also had some trouble with the url the SSL certificate was associated with. It made a difference having/not having the www in the SSL domain settings in my hosting account. In addition, there was some trouble using SSL on GoDaddy Deluxe hosting accounts. I had to move my website to its own hosting account to get the SSL to apply properly. And I also had some troubles with the SSL/Auth.net module until I got the url rewriting settings working properly. Make sure you have set the domain url for the SSL in BO settings. If that SSL is not working properly, the Auth.net module will not work right either. Also, please do not tell me to just upgrade. That is not an option at this point. I just want this to work the way it is supposed to. Thanks for the help! Edited January 28, 2013 by AFemaleProdigy (see edit history)
AFemaleProdigy
Well, I am back again with the same issue on an older PS version. 1.4.7.3. I just tried to activate the Auth.net module and went through all this nonsense again. I already installed the SSL and confirmed it is working. I went through all the steps I mentioned worked for the newer version of PS, but it still is not working. I still have the SSL warning message and the country options are limited to US only, with no options to add more countries. I have the SSL domain set to match the one in my SSL cert settings. I tried resetting the module. I tried reissuing my Auth.net numbers. I just can't get the countries options to activate.
