Problem Translation theme "clothes Store" prestashop 1.4.8.2

I'm trying to translate the header and the menu of my shop with this theme: "Fashionstore / The Cloth store":

(nice theme but the developper NEVER answer..and the themes doesn't work with 1.5.0..)

 

I did it on the back office but the translation doesn't update the header and the menu " HOME / SPECIAL / SITEMAP / CONTACT"

 

Do I have to modify directly on the header.tpl of the themes? and so after can't have differente languages for my shop on this part of the theme?
