Translation blocktitle categories

Hi guys,

 

I am already searching for hours and cannot find a solution for this one.

I am trying to change/translate the title of the block "Categories" . I know that I have to change it in translations>Modules>block categories but when I make a translation (in this case dutch language)

nothing seems to happen. I do could translate the "fabricants" header and also could do a translation of the "category" header in french so it is strange it doesn't work for the "categories" in dutch header. Is there a possibility to do the changes in the database or somewhere in a PHP file?

I am using PS 1.5.1...
