Display product thumbnail in contact-form as product question

Hi,

 

I want to use the add to cart button as a "product question" button.

 

I've found the solution HERE in the forum. The idea was to pass the product_name by url and put it in a 'subject' field of the contact-form.

But I want to go a bit further, as I want to display a thumbnail of the product, and a link to the product page like HERE.

 

I think it's about smarty variables but I don't know really more!

 

Any one can help?
