I install this module, and it does not appear in my payment modules. I tried several times, but always without success. I also send email on the site PRESTASHOP ADDONS, and on the forum, but NO answer. I really need your help. This module costs over $ 300 and I can not use it. Developers from the add-ons store are there from time to time. If you don't get a response there as well, send a PM to a community manager, e.g. @benjamin utterback and he should be able to help you getting through to the add-ons support.
