Locate the php.ini file (ask your host if you don't know where) and make sure magic quotes settings are as follows:

 

magic_quotes_gpc = Off

magic_quotes_runtime = Off

magic_quotes_sybase = Off

i have few more problems,

i cant run SEO modules

autometa tags - i can open, its shows howmany items have to taged, but when you run after a few secounds it goes to blank screen.

Google Rich snippets. blank screen

Google sitemap- opens but when i run goes to blank

I try to update from 1.5.2 to 1.5.3 with auto upgrade 0.9.4 but it's not working. All indicators are on green in the pre-update checklist!

 

Configuration is saying it has a missing file /autoupgrade/index.php

 

How to solve this?
