shop not registering sales

Greetings everyone!

 

I'm starting to use prestashop and it looks great, basically I like this software because you can accept payments via cheque or wiretransfers, and my main problem is that in my country I can't use any "american" payment methogs like paypal.

 

so, my problem is that for some reason, when orders are made and everything seems correctly, i've even set the drop menu of the status order to "payment accepted", but apparently the order isn't processed because in the main panel, there are no sales on display. it only show sales registered, so but on sales there is nothing..

 

what am I missing?

I'm currently running prestashop 1.5 on a local server testing the software on xampp
