PS 1.5.1 HELP Fix these errors

Hi,

 

Our site is running very slow on our dedicated server with 8 gigs RAM and xeon quad core processor and cpanel.

 

We have memcatched installed, eaccellerator installed. mod-write enabled. Ram allocation is also good.

 

We have used every setting to optimise PS. please help resolve below errors
