jayescreativeoccasions Posted October 25, 2012 Share Posted October 25, 2012 I am using network solutions to host my site and I as of about two weeks ago, I am not able to upload images anymore to my site. the makium size allowed is 2000kb. I am uploading images that are less than 50kb. I called Network solutions and they are telling me to contact prestashop because the issue is coming from their side. It is very frustrating. If someone has an answer please assist. I am running prestashop web Version 1.2.1.0 - 4.921s from what it says at the bottom of my site. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

jayescreativeoccasions Posted October 25, 2012 Author Share Posted October 25, 2012 I have been using Network Solutions since I started my website 5 years ago and this image problem has only started less than a month ago. I had originally thought that I was out of space, so I reached out to them and that was the first thing that I asked. then I asked if they had done any php upgrad to their servers and the reply was no. Because your version is older, it may be a process, depending on the customization of your website. I suggest that you seek professional assistance.
