melic Posted October 25, 2012 Share Posted October 25, 2012 Hello, I have problem with cart in prestashop version 1.4.4.1. The steps are : 1.Logout from prestoashop 2.Login again - the cart is empty at this step 3.Order a product and check the basket if is ok 4. Press on a link in site(no matter what link) the result is that the basket is empty, even before was a product in basket. In shopping cart from AdminShop, the previous cart contains the product, and now was create another new one empty. Valérie Assetskaya Posted October 25, 2012 Share Posted October 25, 2012 Hello, Do you use ajax cart? The most likely there should be some error. It is necessary to check error display. Perhaps some module is giving the error. You can try to disable your third party extensions and see if the problem is still present. What can you see on <site>/cart page? Is the cart full or empty?
