Categorie isn't redirecting properly

I'm trying to add a new categories in the BO but when i click on the tab it gives me this error

 

The page isn't redirecting properly

 

Using PrestaShop™ 1.5.2.0

and i have the /* Debug only */

@ini_set('display_errors', 'on');

 

but its showing any errors

I misplaced the admin files
