implementation of paypal and some minor changes to home page

I urgently need someone who can implement the integration of paypal transactions from making the transaction all the way to the point where the customer received an invoice

 

this will also include showing the paylpal buttons on the website as well as making a small change to the website include the details of our phone number

 

 

as well as making the pictures/images automatically adjust to the best quality and size on the website
