default language impossible to change?

Hi,

 

I am a relative beginner, this is something for those with knowledge and experience :-)

 

 

I made my website in dutch (only) and used that as the default language. All the others were disabled.

 

Now, I'm translating to English and make English active.

 

Although my default language is dutch (nl), my homepage standard goes to English when visiting my website.

 

How to solve this? (I'm using a version of 2 releases ago)
