PrestaShop needs your help for tax calculation

Hi everyone!
 
Considering that each countries can have its own tax calculation method, and that we try to make up a system which will be generic enough to handle most of them, we need your help about tax calculation theory.
 
We (quickly) created a document in which we feature all the tax calculations we have to deal with and would like you to complete it as precisely as you can, with respect to your country's current tax laws.

Instructions:
Please fill the different cells with "How the corresponding tax applies".
e.g., Product tax: "The product tax is the one which applies, but only when the customer invoice address is located on the shop country otherwise no tax applied"

Once the document completed please send it to [email protected] with the following subject : "[TaxCalculationTheory] Your_country"
