Julio UCME Posted October 23, 2012 Share Posted October 23, 2012 Hi, I just found out that my store is not sending the email it's supposed to send whenever the customer clicks 'forgot password?' and enters his/her email address. I thought that I was not receiving emails, but I verified and I am receiving them without a problem (I've sent 4 or 5 test email and received them all). if someone nows a possible solution for this and could help me solve it I'll really appreciated.
