BlackSpike
I have recently downloaded PrestaShop for use on my upcoming Web-Store. I was hoping to use my Raspberry Pi as a test-bed server, to make sure any changes I make are working before uploading to a live server. I have got everything set up, running RaspBian, Apache, MySQL, PHP, and have installed PrestaShop. While I am not surprised that the PI runs a little slow, I am getting time-out errors, especially when trying to use the Admin section to check orders. I have tried hte optimization tips, but it has not improved. Is there a way of getting PrestaShop to run on the PI, or is it not powerful enough? WG2MRr
Hi, it's a bit late but today i successfully installed PrestaShop 1.5.6.1 on Raspberry Pi Model B (512 MB RAM), i had issues with memory on first try but after some php configuration installation worked: OS: Arch Linux Packages: nginx, mariadb, php-fpm - many guides available on how to install nginx with php php.ini: memory_limit = 350M free shared-gpu ram, config in /boot/config.txt: - applied after Reboot! gpu_mem_512=64 gpu_mem_256=32 Admin Panel loads in 2,4s, no errors, for such a software thats realy nice in my opinion, good work.
