Modules link in BO not working

Hi,

 

I've just installed 1.5.1 and in general it seems to work, however I got some issues:

 

1. When I click the link "Modules" it says:

 

 

Serverfout

 

Er is een fout opgetreden toen de website http://www.---------...6fb4b8900722a40 probeerde op te halen. De server kan offline zijn wegens onderhoud of kan onjuist zijn geconfigureerd.

Hier zijn enkele suggesties:

• Laad deze webpagina later opnieuw.
  

HTTP-fout 500 (Internal Server Error): Er is een onverwachte voorwaarde gevonden toen de server het verzoek wilde uitvoeren.

 

In Dutch, but I guess you get the point of my error. It also gives the same error when I click "Payment"

 

 

2. It gives the following errors in the BO:

 

 

Required parameters: Please fix the following error(s)

• Set write permissions for "config" folder
  
• Set write permissions for "modules" folder and subfolders, recursively
  

 

However, it seems I have to set permission to 777 for all containing folders for this to disappear isn't this dangerous in terms of security?

What are your server configs? operating system and so on?

 

My "config" folder permissions are set to 0755

My Modules folder is 0777, but my folders in the modules folder are all set to 0755

 

I don't know if that helps you or not.
