Ray UK Posted October 22, 2012 Share Posted October 22, 2012 Hi all, This is the first time I have noticed this, so we have to go back and check other invoices. When matching up our web orders with the paypal receipts, we noticed that one of the orders that was placed on the site (PS1.5) showed the customer had ordered 3 items. The invoice on the site matched to say all 3 items were purchased and paid. However, looking at paypal, the payment receipt for that transaction only says that 1 item was ordered. So the customer ended up getting the 3 items and paying for only one. I have checked "Advanced Parameters, Logs" and there is nothing there to indicate a problem with that order.
