Product Category - duplicate products

i have problem with the product category. its is supposed to show 1 product instead of showing 3 same products. ( referring to the photo )

Do you have a third party module in footer or columns (for products)?

Thank you shacker for the response. I am not sure about this issue, as Shacker said, it seems to be a problem with the code and another module.
