However, and was not able to find the option to edit it. Would you know how to find the AUTO_INCREMENT option? Nate
Paulito
Good morning, I have just had a look at my cpanel and found what your looking for. But not sure how I found it, anyway, goto the landing page of your cpanel and click on phpmyadmin, you should then see a list of 1 or more databases, click on the one that is relevant, scroll down the page until you find _ customer then click on structure ( to the right ) you should then get a page with id customer at the top, goto the right and click change, you should then get another page you then click operations I hope this is clear Paul ps, I have tried to attach image but for some reason it won't let me Edited October 21, 2012 by perfumeskunk (see edit history)

Paulito
Good Morning, I believe you are looking to increase the auto_increment value see here as per the instruction from Bruno Leveque. So, changing the: Invoice Number is done via back office. Delivery Note number is done via back office Order ID is done via cpanel phpmyadmin auto_increment Customer ID is done via cpanel phpmyadmin auto_increment I am assuming that increasing the auto_increment value/number will increase the order/customer ID value I have read on the forum that the actual customer does not see there customer ID If I were wanting to do this I would I would increase the order ID and then make a couple of test sales in my shop and see what happens Hope this helps Paul
natebc
Hi Paul OK I will increase the order ID but looking at the photos that I send can you talk me though it. As you can see my photo is not the same as yours and I don't know what Button to push to increase the order ID. Nate
Paulito
Good Morning Nate, OK I will try but I am not an expert, so Go back to the page where you found id order ( dbimage1 ) and click on the pencil icon/change You should then be taken to a new page (dbimage2) click on the spanner icon/operations You will then be taken to another page (dbimage3) where you will see auto_increment I assume you change this number Hope this helps Paul
